How do I sign up for classes?

What should I wear/bring to a kickboxing class?

Wear comfortable workout attire. While most participants go barefoot, if you prefer shoes, we ask that they be clean and dry. Additionally, it's advisable to bring a bottle of water; all other necessary equipment is available for borrowing.

 

Are your classes suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! Our classes are meticulously designed with beginners in mind, emphasizing fundamental movements. However, they also provide a challenging workout for individuals with prior fitness experience.

 

What is the class duration?

All classes are one hour long.

 

Can I try a class before committing to a membership?
