One day includes one breakfast, 2 snacks, and 2 meals


Breakfast


Oatmeal: Apple Cinnamon (Vegan, Halal, Gluten-Friendly)

- This food item requires 2 minutes of prep time the night before and 2 minutes of cooking time to eat.


Fruit & Yogurt: Honeydew Melon and Vanilla Greek Yogurt (Halal, Gluten Friendly)

- No prep time required.


Pancake: Apple Cinnamon (Halal)

- This food item requires 5 minutes of prep time to eat. Cannot be prepared ahead of time.


Eggs, Bacon, & Fruit: Honeydew (Gluten Friendly)

- This food item requires 10 minutes of cooking time to eat. Cannot be prepared ahead of time.
